Bringing Up a Russian Bible out of nowhere
Everything is fine on the regular Logos program.
The problem is in the web app. It was working fine this morning then out of the blue when I hover over footnotes, Bible verses are in a Russian bible that I don't own. Same thing if I click on the hyperlink - it goes to a Russian bible, which our Russian friends need, but I can't read it.
Any clue as to why this is happening?

Thanks, MJ. It is the oddest thing. I've tried it on two different browsers on three different machines (all Mac).
Adding to what I wrote above, if I hit the default Bible on the toolbar, it brings up the Russian Bible as well. I don't own it and I even tried changing my prioritzed Bibles in the desktop app to see if it would force it to reset. Sorry about this, Jerry. We offer a Russian Bible for free on the web app, even for users who don't own it. It sounds like somehow, it's been set as your preferred Bible.
On the web app, you can set your preferred Bible as follows:
- Open the Bible you want to set as your preferred Bible
- Click the 3-dot menu icon at the top right of the panel
- Click “Set as preferred Bible”

My wife uses it and I assumed it would follow what I had set as preferred on the desktop app. I have no idea how it got set that way in the app.

The saga continues.
In the web app, I set the preferred Bible to the CSB, which my wife prefers.
But then I went to the desktop app, and it changed it there too!
When I changed it back to the NIV, which I most often use, it changed it on the web app to the Russian Bible again.

This is the expected behavior. Logos is for "one user" and FL assumes that your preferred bible in one place is your preferred bible in the other place.
However:
When I changed it back to the NIV, which I most often use, it changed it on the web app to the Russian Bible again.
That is not expected.
Is your NIV available as a resource on web?
One suggestion: I think the Russian Bible is free to buy. If that is the case, buy it and hide it! I <think> that was a solution for a similar problem a couple years ago.

Could there be an unauthorized login? Could someone in Russia be using his account? Maybe try changing your password just to be safe.
