New name?
Yup - new CEO is going back to roots.
Good to hear!
I am glad for this. I began to get concerned years ago when they started branching out so quickly. I understood what they were trying to accomplish, but I thought it might pull away from the core business.I hope they keep Proclaim, as it ties in nicely with Logos. There has been no hint of them getting rid of it, I am only saying I hope that remains the case. If you check out the Beta 26 notes, you will see that they have done a few more things other than the name change. One example I remember without looking is that they have changed most references to "Faithlife" to "Logos."26 RC 1 is out so if you want to check it out, it should be pretty stable. I did it and have had no problems. Then I changed back to default (but I think that happens automatically when the final version comes out anyway). For information on setting update channels, see:https://wiki.logos.com/Update_Channels

No - changing channels is a manual operation
I do have the beta on my Windows machine (since I use my Mac as my "production" machine). I've enjoyed getting to beta test Logos releases.
I figured you did, Nathan. You've been around enough years to know about that! [:)]I thought maybe others might want to know how to turn beta versions on and off.

Thanks, Graham. I saw this on the Logos help page and didn't read the first bullet point correctly:
When running a beta version there are three possibilities:
I couldn't get it turned off on an old machine I had it on once. I learned quickly don't enable it on a production machine. :-)
I'm glad to have it on a spare PC though. It's fun to see new Logos features, plus I've found an occasional bug.
