Copying Multiple Citations (verses) to a Passage List
Suppose I'm reading in a commentary and encounter a paragraph with multiple verse citations, is there a way to copy all of those verses to a passage list at one time rather than verse by verse?

Yes - select the paragraph and then, in the Passage List, use the Add ... selected text option
This is shown in the article at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016747311-Passage-List#edit

Thanks, Graham. Now can I print that list in my copy Bible verse format?

It is possible - but the only way I can see of doing it requires some work!
The following steps do get what you are looking for:
- Set the Passage List to Compact View so it only shows the references.
- Right-click in the list and then click Select all in the popup menu
- Copy them using Ctrl/Cmd-C
- Paste the results of that into the selection box in the Copy Bible Verses tool
- Note - this copies them without any separating punctuation so you need to manually insert a semi-colon between each one
- You should then see a dropdown option to select those passages in the Tool.
- Choose that and they will all be listed in the tool from which you can export in the format of your choice
There may be a simpler way - it would be nice if there was - but I can't think of one.

Only the first is pasted. So you have to
- Set the Passage List to Compact View so it only shows the references.
- Open Print/Export Ctrl+P
- Select "Print as minimised list"
- Select "Copy to clipboard"
- Paste into a text document (it won't paste into a reference box)
- Copy the passages
- Paste into the reference box of CBV

Interesting - when I checked this I was on Mac and they were all copied across.
I wonder if that's a Windows difference?

I can confirm Dave's results.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Graham, I'm using Mac as well. Your method did not work, but Dave's did. Thank you both for your help.

Yes - pasting multiple lines into any box would only produce the first line.
A couple of steps would be eliminated if "Copy to clipboard" placed the passages in the first line.
