Crash: after selecting result for a heading in NLT

Verbum v26.0.21.

  • Books Search for "Rapture" on all bibles   i.e. heading/largetext:rapture
  • click the single result for NLT
  • result appears in NLT (Bible Verse Finder) for a few seconds
  • Verbum exits
  • repeatable

Log for earlier crash in Beta version is included.

EDIT: I get the same crash after entering rapture in the Reference box of the NLT, or selecting a topic in the TOC!!

    I am unable to replicate this either through search, the reference box, or the TOC.

    I'm using Logos 26.0.21 on Windows 10. I also tried it in my Verbum test installation (also 26.0.21 on Windows 10) and didn't get a crash.

    Hopefully someone else in the forums or someone from Faithlife (or is it Logos now?) can replicate this. I've tried several times and no luck.

    Could it be Windows 11 only?

    I'm still coming up short on replicating this crash. Myself and another colleague also ran through the log files and don't see a crash in those logs. If you can replicate the crash again, can you attach new log files? 

    We can check the new logs to see if they have any information pertaining to the crash to help find the root of the issue.

    I had re-downloaded NLT and it still crashed.

    It is a "quick" crash, so no crash log is created and only Windows event log recognises the crash (above)

    This has been fixed in 26.1.
