Simplify or Get Rid Of Clutter in NOTEs Window/TAB

I do NOT use you NOTES tool anymore as it is too cluttered up and busy with all the, um features/icons etc. It distracts me from studying the bible because I am looking around at everything trying to figure out what each feature is for.

Can you be more specific?

Particularly after clicking the "expand view" button (outlined below) I am mainly left with a set of buttons that are common to most basic word processors. Are these the things you find distracting?

This is the first time using this webpage to post text and pictures. Thanks to another, MJ. Smith I know how now. I am going to

try the expansion arrows like you mentioned. I did find them and selected it. So, I will try again. However, with the pic I

have attached with this post shows the clutter I am referring to.

The arrows I mentioned will remove those columns

If you find you would just like to get rid of the first column (and leave the list of notes visible) you can close the left sidebar (outlined in red below) by clicking the button at the top left (outlined in blue below)
