At Flint Hills Community Church we have 4 of these hooked up to TVs with wireless keyboard/trackpad in S.S. classrooms. The ones that we have purchased have limited SSD space and limited graphics processing units. They are functional for digital signage, web browsing and sharing a OneDrive location with videos we have purchased, but I have not been happy with the performance of my logos library on such a limited CPU.

JUST my opinion as a user since Libronix Series X

There are Mini PCs available in various kinds of configurations, and as with regular size PC you would want to consider CPU model, size of RAM, size of SSD disk, kind of connectivity slots, WLAN, etc.  in light of your intended use.

A friend of mine has a model with an Intel CPU,2.9 Ghz, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD drive etc which he hooked up to large monitor ... and is very happy thus far. He decided on mini pc + large monitor mainly for size and small space needed on his desk, another option he first considered was a "all in one PC", but decided differently because of larger monitor size.

I didn’t have a specific model in sights, at this point I’m just considering the concept

We have a Dell Micro Optiplex 7010 out in the kitchen.  As a side note, I think Lenovo offers the same unit(s) only with their badging (I don't know how the pricing compares, however).  With the current downturn in the PC market, the Dell is available for an upfront 30-35% discount.  Unit measures approximately 7"x7"x1.5" and can even be attached to the back of a monitor, if desired.  Bought it with minimal SSD and memory since buying upgrades for these items is far more expensive from Dell than it is to buy them separately and install them yourself.  Ditto, extra software.   It has a full -blown Intel 13th gen cpu (not a mobile chip).  Certain models are freq-limited in order to meet a 35 watt envelope (if you are worried about heat or power-usage).  Bottom line: Whether you choose the 65 watt configuration or the 35, it can handle Logos without breaking a sweat.

You said PC so if I take that to mean personal computer, you could go with a baseline Mac mini. I know it's not windows, but they are only $600 and you can often find them for $500 and they are more than powerful enough to run Logos. Get the first gen model and you can save money.
