Well, That Worked Great. Pliny the Elder in an 'Enhanced for Logos' Edition
I encountered this earlier. It's the 'Facsimile Editions' presented on Logos.com as 'Enhanced for Logos' branding, but presenting a blank page (in this case, North-Semitic Inscriptions' below). But it was Pliny the Elder I was wanting (Essenes), and being Logosian-smart, I thought to check if they fixed the presentation. It does present the Overview thumbnails; now to be able to actually read them.
Below, is after selecting a page from the Overview thumbnails. And I don't get it. Mac M1; latest Verbum.
Pliny the Elder's blank pages are not unlike his place in the Lexham Bible Dictionary (a single sentence worth). The Younger got more.
"Pliny the Elder (ad 23/24–79). A Roman author and philosopher who is most well-known for his contributions to the study of natural philosophy."
And for any geographers passing by, don't forget Strabo (even if Pliny is having trouble):
Geographers of the Roman Era (26 vols.) (probably DOA in Logos, but maybe eventually)
And to whet your appetite on Strabo (an older discussion):

Subject line doesn't look like a bug report, isn't likely to attract the attention you're hoping for.

Well, yes and no. I'm out $.99. They're out ... who's to say. More.
But the long-term absence of a bug reporting system (even with BUG:), and comments from staff, that they only monitor whether a crash is wide-spread (vs 'create a case', kick the can) suggests a comfort level with bugginess. I do wonder whether internally, staff can report bugs, since there's an obviousness.
But I do watch the percent of unanswered BUG: threads that MJ re-tries. Having begun graduate life in sociology/statistics (error fixing), it's an addiction.

I may be wrong, but it appears that the new regime (Vic) has less tolerance for bugginess than the old regime (Bob). Bob appeared to me to be an idea-person, having new ideas faster than they could be implemented. Every organization needs someone with that trait to stay relevant in the IT arena. But every organization also needs a counterbalance watching out for the completion of projects, the consistency of implementations, and quality control. Coming from a payroll-personnel background, quality control and consistency have been pounded into my DNA.

Just chatting ... Pliny the Elder will survive another ... ok, day.
I ended up CPA'ing, which in the early years is error management (perfect as uneconomical; major as disastrous). But I was impressed, an error bred more errors. Predictably. I guess I'm comfortable reporting bugs, and waiting awhile for them to open the hood, but there needs to be a regular hood-monitoring routine ... which they don't have, looks like.
I think they also eliminated the textual error reporting? I'm likely wrong, but Phil's plan to let the web slowly replace the desktop-code was the correct strategy ... I think the desktop by now is getting unmanageable.
You're probably right ... Vic's talents are good timing.
ADDED: Payroll makes no errors! Ha. They say, never take chances on payroll.

It's still in the desktop version. I don't use the web version (unless I'm directed there to try out a new beta feature), so I'm not sure if it's in there. A quick check told me it isn't there. I'm not sure they pay attention to my typo reports these days from the desktop version anyway, but I can't help myself. I still report them, and still mark them with my "Typo" highlighting style, so I can follow up in some years and see if they ever fixed them. They have fixed a few from reports I made years ago.

This is one of those admissions of me being blind. Where do you find it?

Right-click menu. Make sure "Selection" tab is selected in the left-hand side, then scroll the right-hand side all the way down. It's the last item there.
It has been moved all over the place. At one point, due to our requests, it was moved into a more prominent place that you didn't have to scroll down to find, but it was later moved back into obscurity. I don't really think they like us reporting lots of typos, because they can't keep up with fixing them all.

The screen shot is clipped in a way that I can see everything needed. The highlighted area looks like an interlinear. Have you included the actual resource text in the selection - typos can only be reported on the actual resource text. And are you online?

If you're referring to 'surface text', then yes ... that screen copy was just one of many types of resources I tried. And yes, online. Maybe no typos for me!
EDIT: OK ... I had all kinds of padlocks so Verbum wouldn't crash. I took them off, and sure enough (online) there's a Report Typo! Thank you Rosie and MJ.
(I put the padlocks back on. If you're wondering, there's the setting in Logos, on my Mac, Verbum won't work online if you start offline, and finally, most of the time, I'm offline) ... no crashes.)

Were you also running offline at the time you ran into this problem? The facsimile resources are media resources whose pages have to be individually downloaded.

Yep. No offense intended, but the UI absence of a message for several online-only 'features' is not easy to remember (and on Logos.com, to remember, don't buy facsimiles, for sure). Yesterday, was no typos offline. Day before was the message no RI and not available in the store (user has to remember store <> web site; in my case, no purchase).
But appreciate the info; we sort of got off-thread!

I agree! I've created a case to add a message to the resource display for facsimile resources when offline.
For what it's worth, there is a [Net] indicator in the help file for features that require the application to be online. In this case, the help file doesn't talk about facsimile resources, but it might be useful in other situations.
