If hyphenated words were not treated the same as a phrase in quotes, then it still happens!

"Say to him" is sensitive to [Match Case] and insensitive to [Match all forms]
Say-to-him is sensitive to [Match Case] AND [Match all forms]
Which is the behavior I documented 9 months ago!

So what Bug was fixed?

Hi Dave,

I can update the release notes to make our change more clearer as that might of helped here as your examples above, none are hyphenated words with double quotes. Specifically, "Say-to-him" now respects the match case setting, rather than always matching case.
