Install on new phone missing books available on old phone / PC
Hi. I have just had to upgrade my Android phone to a newer model, and have installed the latest Logos version on it, and used my existing Logos account to log in. For some reason, many resources available on my old phone's Logos version and on my PC are not available on my new phone's Logos version. PC shows 146 resources, but phone only shows 46. I have tried the resync option in the menu, but it has made no difference. Phone is running Android 13. An example missing resource is the NIV 1984 bible, or the "Morning and Evening" devotional by Spurgeon.

What happens if you enter rebuild index in the search box in the Library tab?

Pretty much nothing. I get a blank screen. I think it is treating the phrase "rebuild index" as something to search for, and can't find anything.

Hi Ian, another user was having a similar issue several months ago. Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Let me know if that has resolved the issue for you.
FYI: Rebuild index only works on iOS. There is currently not a way to rebuild the index within the Android app.
