All Makes a New Collection?

Hey,

I've started using Collections but I've noticed every time I open it, it make a new Unnamed Collection.

If I delete the Unnamed Collection, close Collections and then reopen it, it make another Unnamed Collection.

Is there a way for this not to happen?

Desktop option is dragging an Open Collection to create a Shortcut OR Favorite.

Opening Shortcut OR Favorite for an existing collection avoids creation of a new Unnamed Collection.
