Highlight on Reading Plan
Is this normal for highlights not to work an a reading plan when opened from the home screen card, but when you normally open the resource from library tab the highlight works on the same resource. Is this a bug or is this the way a reading plan on a book works.

No its not normal and shouldn‘t work that way
Are you seeing these different results in the same resource?
I ask because there is currently a bug where highlights are not displayed when first made for books that are not downloaded to your mobile device.

Yes for example Abide in Christ I have downloaded and in a reading plan, but when I use the card on Home Screen of the book where you get your overview of the reading plan the highlight does not work. But when you open the same book from the library section the highlight works. But it seems it does the same on any book you have created in a reading plan and use the reading plan card from Home Screen that does happens.

I‘ve just tried this with one of my reading plans on my iPad and can’t reproduce what you are describing.
I open the resource from the reading plan tile on the home page and I can highlight in the resource without any problem
What platform are you using, what version of the mobile app do you have?

Lukas,
I can duplicate this behavior in our Android app. I have opened a ticket for this issue, so it can be fixed in a future update.

Joe and I are no longer able to reproduce on the latest update that was released Friday afternoon (7/7). This update included a related fix to notes and highlights on resources.
Lukas, can you still reproduce with the latest update?
