What's strange is that there was a second edition offered which I own, but it seems to no longer be available.
The 2nd edition was available as an e-book for some time, which at one point was on sale for a ridiculously low price. It was pulled shortly afterward. The 2nd edition also contains the full text of the 1st edition.
