Stable Release
When a fix has been found and alleviated it should be completed. Should it ship in the next stable release and when does that release normally drop in the queue?

I'm not sure I am following the question.
If a fix is incorporated into a beta release it is normally made available in the next stable release. Sometimes this does not happen as issues are found with it and it is withdrawn for further work / testing.
Stable releases are typically six weeks apart.

I am talking about the fix for the Bug in this forum post. https://community.logos.com/forums/t/217193.aspx

What bug you are talking about doesn't matter unless it is such an egregious bug as to require an emergency fix.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

As I stated in that other post I believe the problem is fixed in the current beta release so should, unless anything changes, ship in the next stable release which I believe is due in early August
