I want to purchase The Epistle to the Hebrews, Revised (The New International Commentary on the New Testament | NICNT) | Logos Bible Software from Logos, but read it in another software, since Logos is not working for me.
What digital format is this file? Is there any reason that the file would not behave on a reader that works well with that format?
Thanks!!!
When you purchase a Logos edition you can read it any device that has "Logos" software. This is available for Desktop in both Mac and Windows, on Mobile devices in both Android and IOS, as well as through a web interface. But as part of the Digital Rights Management, it is not a file that can be read with other software.
Ah, ok, thanks!!! The Logos software does not work on my computer, so I will not be able to take advantage of the low price of the e-book that I wanted.
Thanks for the help, and have a great night!!!!!

Hi Dale, have you tried using the web version? https://app.logos.com would let you access materials through a web enabled browser on any device.
Hi Dale, have you tried using the web version?
That sounds like a good solution if I can view the book that I want to buy with the web version! Can I?
I just downloaded the free app yesterday. v26.1 June 2023.
The incompatibility was sent to level 2 support (or whatever y'all call the next support level). I figure it is a known issue, but we'll see. Have a great day!!!
Yes you can! That way you can get the book you want and access it while the Customer Service team helps solve that scrolling issue.
A related question. I know that there are some resources that are not available on mobile. Are all resources available on the web app?
There are some resources unavailable on the web app. However, just like with mobile, the individual product page should include a warning of these limitations.
