Can You Delete Note Highlights in the Logos iOS Mobile App?
Am I correct in thinking that the iOS mobile app does not have a way to delete highlights in an existing note? As I re-read some of my notes on the mobile app what seemed highlight-worthy at the time isn't so much now. The Logos desktop app has a "no background" option which removes background highlights within note text, but there isn't anything equivalent on the iOS mobile app (see screenshot below).
Clicking the "Format" menu option doesn't lead to a way to delete highlighting. I can change background colors on the iOS app, but I'm missing a way to completely delete highlighting. There is an option to use a white background, but to my eyes that actually applies a visible white background. The workaround is to use the desktop app to delete the highlighting and then wait for the note to sync to the mobile. This isn't a problem unless I'm working remotely and can't get to the desktop.
Just thought I'd ask, in case I'm missing something obvious. Thank you!

Thank you, Joe. Your screenshot shows how to delete highlights in biblical text. That part is clear to me. What I’m not clear on is how to delete highlights within a note. My screenshot shows that the pop-up menu in a note doesn’t have a trash icon, nor an option to “delete background“ like the desktop app does.

Hi Joe

I think Michael is talking about the case of having highlighted text within the note itself - not highlighting text in a book.
As far as I know, these "in note highlights" can't be deleted from within the mobile app

Thank you both for responding. I think I understand how to proceed.
Have a great rest of your week.
