Issue with Linking SongSelect and Planning Center

Hello,

I have linked our SongSelect and PCO accounts and it says "Linked" for both on the "Link Your Accounts" pop-up, but when I try to actually use their features, it says there's a linking issue. I found my way to this article and double-checked that the issue was not any of the first 3 Causes, so here I am doing what it says to do under Cause #4. Please help – thanks!

Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve certain linking issues. Go to your browser's settings and clear the cache and cookies associated with the websites involved (SongSelect and PCO). Then, restart your browser and try accessing the features again.

Of course! I'll be happy to help with your issue regarding linking SongSelect and Planning Center.

To link SongSelect and Planning Center, follow these general steps:

    1. Check compatibility: Ensure that both SongSelect and Planning Center are compatible with each other. Check the latest integration information from the respective platforms to make sure they can be linked.

    2. Thop Login to your accounts: Sign in to your accounts on both SongSelect and Planning Center. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to make changes to the settings.

    3. Find the integration settings: In Planning Center, navigate to the settings or integrations section where you can manage third-party integrations.

    4. Generate API keys or tokens: SongSelect may require an API key or token to authorize the integration with Planning Center. Generate the necessary API key/token in SongSelect, and keep it handy for the next step.

    5. Configure the integration: In Planning Center, find the SongSelect integration option and provide the required API key/token. This step may also involve specifying other preferences for how the integration should work.

    6. Test the integration: After configuring the integration, test it to ensure that it's working as expected. Try importing songs or data from SongSelect to Planning Center to verify that everything is functioning correctly.

    7. Troubleshoot: If you encounter any issues during the linking process or while testing the integration, check the support documentation of both platforms for troubleshooting tips. Also, make sure you have the latest versions of the software.

    8. Contact support: If the issue persists, don't hesitate to contact the support teams of both SongSelect and Planning Center. They should be able to provide more specific guidance and assistance with the integration.
