I've created a collection that contains only journals. I'd like to search for a particular scripture reference in these journals, but I don't see that field. Seems like an easy enough thing. What am I overlooking here?
You don't need to specific search fields. Just type the reference in the search box.
Reference aren't fields. You can search for references in the different fields (like find John 1:1 in the Heading Text).

Yup it's pretty smart. You can put angle brackets around the reference if you suspect it's having trouble identifying it as a reference: <John 1:1>

Okay, so I searched for a particular scripture reference in my collection of Journals. I found a hit in a particular journal, but when I click on the hit and it opens in a new pane, it doesn't show me where the hit is. It merely displays the beginning of the article. The length of some articles makes finding the specific place that I'm trying to find a bit daunting. Any suggestions?
Okay, I found my hit highlighted as I scrolled through the article. But it seems like there ought to be a more direct way to take me straight to the hit (or first hit) when I open the article.
If I recall correctly (I can't build right now, and it's been a while since I've played with search), it's the difference between clicking on the heading for the search result and clicking on the result in the preview that is shown in search results.
