windows 10 laptop unable to install logos basic version

Hello all,

I had logos desktop app running just fine on my desktop win10 computer. Then it crashed. So I had to reinstall everything from scratch - which I did. However on downloading the logos installer file it does not install !!! Says "cannot download file" - that's it .no idea about which file.

I understand my computer does not meet system requirements but Logos ran on it quite happily earier.

Why is it causing problems now ??

thanks for any help here. I really do not like the we app and don't want to use it.

Thanks for your response.

The help page did help still trying to figure out why BITS is not working.

My laptop is an intel i3 processor with only 4 GB RAM and 1 TB HDD.

Pretty under spec as they need a much beefier machine as per their system requirements.

Did you get things figured out? If your computer is unable to run Logos, you <might> be able to download an old version... else you will need to stick with the web app. In your case, that may be best.
