Can no longer use the highlighting tool
Several minutes ago I lost the use of the Highlighting tool. I opened several other resources and still nothing.
I saved my work, closed Logos and restarted, but still can't use it.

I "may" have found the culprit. Highlights seem NOT to work when I have the Westminster Confession: In Line Notes open. Westminster Confession of Faith In-Line Notes for your Bibles! - Logos Forums

It is not likely that it is the culprit.
If you are trying to highlight one of the Westminster Inline Notes, that is done by using the Notes tool highlighting of text (in the text editing bar at the top of the note) - but that would be to no avail since the notes are shared and not editable.
If you are trying to highlight as normal with all of your other regular resources. (bibles, etc), highlighting works perfectly and is not interrupted by adding these IN-Line notes.

Another thought...
Since highlights are stored in the notes tool, it is possible that you are still active in the Westminster Inline notes Notebook. If you are, it may be preventing highlighting since you do not have wrote access to that specific notebook.
Try to make sure that the notes tool is closed, ort that you are not active and trying to write to the Westminster Inline notes.

According to your reply, highlights still do not work.
Is anyone else having these issues?
if not, how do I delete your In-Line Notes?

I loaded the In-Line Notes from Documents > Public and had no problem with highlighting any of its Anchor texts.
You can delete it from the Notebooks icon in the Sidebar.
