Homepage

I am getting used to the homepage, but would like to zap an article when I am done looking at it. Then it could be automatically replaced with something else. I do like the fact that I am discovering resources that I have never looked at before.

What I have not found discussed is the top part of the page. I get a preferred Bible choice, a Bible reading plan, and a Catholic Lectionary. Once I have chosen my prefered Bible, that option needs to be hidden. I don't want to see it every time. I don't use a reading plan. I am not Catholic and do not use any Lectionary resources.

What I am asking is can we have the ability to put something else up there? For me it is wasted space that will never change. The only thing I can do is reorder three things that I don't even want to see.

Keep the Go box/button though! I still use it sometimes, even though I have advanced in my abilities to use v3 and now v4.

I agree on the top ribbon points Jerry. I've already selected my bible of choice, and I do not use the lectionary with any conceivable regularity (though I occasionally open one just to see what's on tap for some of my liturgical brethren. Point=I don't need a lectionary up there unmoving.

However I do use the reading plan, at least I plan to now that I can use it to finally read the church fathers collection. [:)]

Let's hope Melissa is NOT from the south...because it's possible that "may be in" is equivalent to "fixing to" as In..."we hear you and we are "fixing to" fix those issues..."

Being from California and being married now to a woman from the south, i had to get used to the idea that "fixing to" has no real "timeline"....you could be "fixing to" forever [:D]
