This sounds like you want to do a morph search - see https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017524952-Morph-Search for some details
To search for verbs which are either in the 1st or 3rd person you would use a string like morph.sesb.h:V??[13]????+S (this is generated from the morph picker) but I don't understand what you mean by searching for 1st and 3rd person. Please clarify.

If you look at the verbs, I am trying to do a search that shows me the things that David is asking God, in the first person and 3rd person.
So, like when he says in verses 1: "I lift up..", "I trust..."
Verse 4: "make me", "teach me"
Verse 16: "turn to me"How would I search with a verb or a noun (if I need to)?
I hope that made sense.

Verse 16: "turn to me"This is a time when right-clicking is your friend. Right-click on the Hebrew for "I trust", and you will see something like this pop up:
This is the morphology for the word (it always begins with an @ symbol). Click on it, and the right hand pane will give you your options:
Notice that you can search the Bible for that verb form. Do that search, and then change "All Passages" to "Psalm 25" in the search window.
That should get you started.

Actually that was helpful.
Given that, how would I do that AND the 1st person pronoun?

You may have already seen this, but if you go the search field and type a "@" you'll be able to choose Greek or Hebrew, and then build a morphology search.
