Shared Notebook
Good day to all. I need some advise on notebooks I am sharing with a group. I want them to be able to see the notes but don't want them to make changes to it or delete it, the notes are there for them to help them and it takes me a long time to prepare these notes. What can one do.

Have a look at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/18364899150989-How-can-I-share-a-Logos-document-with-my-church-group-
Some of the details are not completely current but it shows how to share documents (which would include notebooks) either in read-only or in collaboration mode.

I have removed the note and have added it again to the group as publish read only but people can still edit the note

You might try the following (which is how I understand the support page referred to above):
- create a new notebook and put your note into it
- go to https://documents.logos.com
- select or open the notebook
- choose the action Publish (not: Collaborate) from the menu
- select the group you want to publish to
This should allow group members to get a copy of the notebook with the note in it. They might be able to edit the note in their private copy of the notebook, but shouldn't be able to edit the note for everyone (thus possibly changing your content for all of them). Hope this helps!

I have done that just as you have mentioned, but when I open the note on one of the members device they can still edit the note on their side.

This is their local copy, they should be able to edit it. Maybe they will put in clarifications or their own thoughts alongside your prepared material - why not? Most will probably just leave it alone. What's relevant is that your original stays the same and other members will get a copy of this original (and not the edited version) when they choose to get a copy of the shared notebook. If it was otherwise, there'd be a major bug in the sharing process.
