I want to clear all of my highlight in all volumes to start clean. Is there an easy way to clear all highlights?

Not an easy way but it may be possible.
Highlights are stored in Notes Documents - so if you open your Documents menu and choose the Notes section on the right of the menu you will see all of the Notes Documents you have
Deleting a Notes document will remove all highlights that are stored in that Notes Document - but it will also remove all notes that you have stored there as well.
So, depending on how you have been storing highlights and whether you have been creating notes as well, this will either be relatively straightforward or very difficult.
Do you know / are you able to determine where your highlights are stored? Right-clicking on a highlight and selecting "Open annotations" will open the relevant notes document which could provide a starter for determining this.
Please do proceed with caution.
Main reason I no longer hilite within L7- and no longer use notes function.
It's been a long time, but I had the same problem and just solved it. You CAN delete them using the Logos Web App:
Bring up the panel that lists highlights and notes.
Select one of them, then use Ctrl, A to select all of them. Them simply right click and delete them.
