Crash when trying to expand Lookup section of context menu in 28.0 beta 3 on Mac

Referring to the screenshot below - if I click the arrow to the right of Lookup in the context menu, Logos crashes.

This happens whether I have the English word, the manuscript form or the lemma selected.

As far as I can see this is only a Mac issue - it seems to work fine on Windows
