Have a collection of the person's works (avoid Lectionaries) and Search for heading/largetext:bible:"Rom". If that fails, Search for bible:"Rom"
I used a temporary collection title:luther -type:lectionary (in the Search) and bible:"Rom" with some success.
If the person has written a Commentary, you should try milestone:bible:"Rom"
