Bible Books Explorer, Intertext -- Results Not Working??

I have looked and looked for a solution but I can't seem to get the Intertext to work in Bible Books Explorer.

In the first screenshot below I'll click on the Hebrew (Heb) blue section on circle graphic and all I ever get is the second screenshot, No results. Check your spelling....

It doesn't seem matter what Bible I use or what view I use (i.e. Aligned, Grid, etc), the results are the same, No Results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It works for me. Under About Logos, what feature set shows?

open application menu (3 vertical dots at far end of tool bar)
select about logos (bottom)
see information as in

I believe that you lack the resources required for the feature to function but I can't identify the precise name for you to check. I suggest contacting Customer Support.

Dave, since you already run a Logos 10 version, there should not be a technical issue to update to the latest version - maybe this will fix your issues and if not, it will fix others and give you the current functionality It's at least worth a try (and I personally see no reason you shouldn't keep current with the software automatically, unless a 300 MB download every six weeks is very costly)

I just downloaded the newest version, message...

(In case the screenshot doesn't show, the message says, Logos Bible Study is up-to-date.

Maybe this is a glitch in the windows version?

Is this something I can report as a technical issue?

No, I suspect you do not own the required resources. That is why I suggested contacting Customer Services. With your license information, I cannot verify what you own in relationship to the feature requirements. BTW you must use the paperclip icon or the amber icon beside it to upload images. Copy and paste does not work.

If I remember correctly, for the Intertext feature in Bible Books Explorer to function, the full feature set or at least Logos 10 Gold base package is required.

Yeah, I looked it up. Included in the Silver pkg features set and up.

Just wish instead of showing "No results" would show something like, "This feature not available in the current feature set" or something similar. Would save some time.

I agree. They should say "You currently don't have access to this feature. This feature is only available for Silver and up." I also wondered if there was a problem with my software. It's confusing, which is also why I'm exploring this thread.
