Visual Copy Multiple Slides Send All only Repetitive Single Slide
I’m trying to send all to PowerPoint or Keynote from Visual Copy, and all Logos does is randomly choose one slide and sends that single slide multiple times instead. When attempting to send one at a time, it is stuck on the one slide, and I must select each verse individually as it ignores my selected slide in Visual Copy under the Media tab and only reverts to the single slide in the clipboard. How to fix this?
Logos has been recently reinstalled and the issue remains MacOS was reinstalled for a fresh system ahead of Mac OS 14’s release. Both Logos and OS are up to date.
It’s tiring to have to manually select single verses or even portions of larger passages to accommodate the errors and workaround them.
Any ideas here?

This is a bug in v. 27. I believe it has been corrected in v. 28. I am also waiting for it to drop.

This for me has been ongoing prior to and subsequently those specific updates. I did contact customer service. They noted for me it is not fixed. They did not advise me presently to do anything since I reinstalled my OS, Logos, and MS Office with them all being updated freshly to the most current versions and replicated the issue. They will be seeing how to fix this bug.
I am also wondering though, why is it when I use the send to PowerPoint option is the quality of the slide considerably less than if I copy it in Logos and then manually go to PowerPoint and paste it?

It appears to have finally been fixed in a recent update. I'm no longer having the issue today.
