Inconsistent link highlight blue color (27.2.21)

For the record, I really like the new brighter blue. I like how the links are really noticeable.

In my Mac app, the link colors are inconsistent. Some are the bright blue, and in other resources, they are the darker navy. The picture shows the two side by side. Is there some setting I've missed?

I suppose. I'm talking about the links everywhere except in actual library resources. See the screenshot below. In the NOTES and SEARCH, the blue links are one color. In the commentary they are different.

Obviously not that huge of a deal. Just odd.
