BUG: Blank Home Screen - 2011 Macbook Pro, upgraded to 16MB RAM, 1 TB HD. Logos 10 Starter.
Hello Everyone, I am hoping that someone can help me with my issues. My homepage is not displaying any images. I am able to toggle between the homepage and me last read page - which displays properly, however when I return to the homepage it does not display anything. This happens even it I set Logos to open to the homepage. However, on the blank homepage, when I move the mouse pointer around, I can see that it changes to the hand pointer where there are some cards. It is just that those cards or anything else on the page is not being displayed. Please help!

Welcome! Sorry you are having troubles [:s]

You do not state which version of the app you are running. It appears to me that your computer is not capable of running macOS 11 (or newer). Is that right? If so, your software will no longer be supported.

Hi, I uploaded the logs. Kindly let me know if you received it. I initially got an error message stating that something was wrong-to try again.
I resent it.

Hi, I just uploaded the logs. Thank you.
The logs indicate something that could cause your problem, but Faithlife developers will need to confirm this.

By far the most effective way of getting Customer Support is to call them on the phone.

Not possible - this is what the forum is for, and why we hang about in it.
