V28 removed from automatic updates

We are testing a fix for the slowdown reported in V28.

In the meantime, we have stopped V28 from being distributed via automatic updates to Windows users. If you need to install it manually, the installer can be obtained here: https://flshare.net/Logos-Windows-V28

  Hello Bradley. I like the idea, but I already did my second rollback today, because the update is still delivered via the Windows app.
