Where do I set the share function for a highlighting palette?

In documents, the highlighting palettes are a document type under Groups and Public but not Yours. And I don't find a share function in the tool itself as I do with Guides and Workflows. Where is the feature hidden?

  I believe it is through documents.logos.com
