BUG?: center mouse wheel horizontal scrolling

I was told to post this in this forum:

Just noticed this. Morphology chart, as an example,  extends beyond window width. Horizontal scroll bar appears, but center mouse wheel does not activate scroll. It does work correctly in other programs.
