Bug: Search doesn't focus when open in a floating window
Hi,
I often click on Search. Next I will right click the tab and Open in a floating window. However, it flashes for a split second and doesn't show the floating window. Basically I stay at the same place and I have to manually switch to the Search window.

Greetings Sean and welcome to the forums. For the most part you will find fellow users here who are willing to test things out and offer advice. Don't be a stranger.
I have tried your workflow myself on MacOS and Logos 28 but both the option to 'Float this Panel' from the three dot menu and the 'Open in a Floating Window' from the right click menu seem to work fine for me.
Perhaps you might tell us a little more about your installation?

Hi Mike,
Thanks for the response. I still have this problem. Process is:
- Start Logos and it will open a Layout
- Click the Magnifying glass icon and a Search tab will display on the current layout
- Right click on the Search tab and select "Open in a floating window"
- I see for a split second a refresh and i'm shown my current layout
I'm using Logos 28.2.43 on Windows.

I confirm that, but it is opened in the background. Hover the Logos icon in the Windows Taskbar to see the two windows.
It should open in the foreground like other tabs.

Thanks for checking. I wonder how do we let the admins know about this bug.

The "Bug:" in the title should be sufficient (maybe BUG: next time[:)])
