Desktop App fails when Bar and Column charts (from Search) are selected
I searched for the occurrence of a word. Then show the results in Charts. Only the Pie chart and Result map are working. When I select Bar and Column charts, the desktop app hangs and fails to work.

I used NA28. I am using Logos 28.2.43 on Mac. Logos 8 features and Logos 8 library though... Does that affect the app's ability to show different charts? I would expect the simple ability to show the results in different charts should not be affected by the version of Logos.

I forget the details but I believe there was a change in the third party library used for charting in either Logos 9 or 10 so that might be affecting things here

I've just tried this on my Mac and it worked fine
So I'm guessing it is due - in some way - to the change in charts functionality that was introduced in Logos 9 as per https://community.logos.com/forums/t/194961.aspx
I'm surprised it causes the app to hang though.
Hopefully someone from Logos can comment further

The Charting Tool will require the Logos 10 Starter Feature set . But do you see in the Search toolbar?

Yes I can see the chart symbol and i can click on it. I can see Result Map and Pie chart but not Bar and Column charts
