Help Logos will not open on my desktop by clicking on its app
Is there any response to clicking the icon at all?
Do either the third or fourth option at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008044592-What-to-do-if-Logos-Crashes-Windows help get things working again?
Just reboot your computer.
I tried that but still nothing so I uninstalled the Logos program from the control panel and did a reinstall. Everything is working fine. I did send the logs into support to see why it failed. Thanks to all. Have a great day!
You might want to check if a recent update affected app permissions, had a similar issue during an event management leads project where system settings interfered with app launches.
