Bug: Low Resolution Visual Copy Exports
The last handful of times I have exported a "visual copy" image to PowerPoint, I ended up with what I considered to usable results. But last night and today visual copy is exporting low resolution images, despite the fact that I have the 1920 X 1080 option selected. When I select "send to keynote" or "send to powerpoint" from the visual copy options, I get low res images that are unacceptably soft and grainy when expanded to fill the presentation slide. When I select "save as" from the visual copy options, and then manually import the resulting image into a presentation, I get a sharp, higher res image that fills the presentation slide and is crisp in appearance.
I'm running Logos for Mac 28.2.43 on MacOS Sonoma 14.0, Keynote 13.1 and PowerPoint for Mac 16.77.1.
Years ago users reported this bug, but I was under the impression that it had been resolved.
Interestingly, I get a usably sharp, slide-filling image in Proclaim, if I export a visual copy image to that application. Is the low-res exporting to 3rd party applications a marketing move to drive more users to Proclaim? :-)
Is there a setting I need to change to correct this low-res export problem, or is this a resurrected bug, or a bug that has never been addressed, or...?

Hi Brad,
Sorry you're experiencing this bug once again. I have reproduced it and will make sure there is a current case on our end to address this issue.
