Copy and Paste Win11
I use the copy and paste function in the anchored verse look up window nearly every day. Early this week it stopped working.
I can copy and paste manually and if I use the copy button I can paste manually, but it will not populate a word doc when using the copy and paste button.
Shut off virus program/All other apps are working
Any ideas?

The "copy and paste" function in the Copy Bible Verses window ceased working for me also on 10/6/23. Since I'm not the only one who is having this issue, it must be something that Logos techs need to fix. I don't know how to contact them, but at least I know it's not an issue I can fix.

I must admit, your description was a bit vague and maybe I got this wrong - but I think I understand what you're doing from David's description.
Does this screenshot show what you want to do? I have the NIV open and the Copy Bible Verse (CBV) tool to the right of it, and I have a Word document open. I must admit, when I click the "Copy and Paste" button, it simply works and copies the bible passage into the Word document. (I'm using Word 2016 and Windows 10, it would be helpful to find out more about your configuration. EDIT: maybe even more helpful would be a full Logos.Log of where you are trying the feature - see http://wiki.logos.com/diagnostic_logging )

it will not populate a word doc when using the copy and paste button.
As stated above, that button in Copy Bible Verses is working (Win 11, Logos 28.2) with Word in Microsoft 365.

I'm having the same problem. copy works in the <Copy Bible Verse> tool but the "Copy and Paste" does not. I'm using MS Word 2016, Windows 11 and Logos 28.2.43. However, on my other computer which has MS Word 2021, it works. what's up with this?

When I monitor the clipboard it seems that when I copy it does not move to the clipboard and when I pastes manually it is coming from the active memory.
When I use copy/paste it has nowhere to paste from, since it does not appear in the clipboard cache.

Win 11, O365 desktop, Logos 28.2.43When I hit the copy and paste button the verse would appear in the word doc at the cursor location.Sometime Monday or Tuesday last week it stopped working.Reinstalled the logos desktop, shut off the virus program, still nothing.0

It has also stopped working for me on Windows 11. I suspect it is connected to the other bug I'm experiencing where Print/Export to Word, Powerpoint, or Excel is also not working any more. I'm on Windows 11 patched to the latest update and Logos 28.3. I'm using the Microsoft 365 version of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Like others above, the Copy button works, but not the copy & paste button.
We probably need to create a post prefixed by BUG: as these do get picked up on by the devs.
