Logos crashing

Hi!
Logos is crashing from time to time. Sometimes when I'm working, sometimes when I change from one layout to another. When I restart Logos it's still not possible to launch this layout, but usual an older version of it. Sometimes it helps to restart the computer, but not alltimes.
I have a windowscomputer, intel corei5, 12500, 16GB of ram and Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Grafics. Can the problem be, that I only have this graphic card.
Best REgards
Ole
PS! I don't know way, but I'm not able to attach logfile

I'm afraid the logfile didn't upload.
Are you using the paperclip icon in the forum editor?

It appears that your version of windows is out of date.

I don't believe your logos.log shows a crash. You need to grab the log files AFTER the crash and BEFORE restarting the application.
You mention a layout... have you tried rebuilding the layout from scratch?macOS, iOS & iPadOS |Logs| Install

You are right. It's not a crash, the computer simply freeze og then it is freezing when I restart Logos with that specific layout.

How did you see that? My computer tells mee last update was 10 of october 2023? May I should reinstall the computer.

I am not an expert on Windows. I googled your version number, and it told me that you have windows 11, and the version was released in 2021. Trying to figure out what is current was not easy to do, but the website I was on indicated that there are newer releases.

You are up to date. Your NT version in the log is the same as mine

Update the older version you mention to match the one that was crashing. See if that reproduces the crash.

Do you have a link to some place to see a list of release versions? Googling the version number of windows brought up a site which indicated that the version of windows was released in 2021. Surely that isn't the case, right?

It is somewhat confusing, as the Logos logs do not provide the full build info e.g. NT 10.0.22621.0 in my log and the user's log. The full version info comes from Windows Settings > System > About e.g.
Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 22H2
Installed on 22/12/2022 ==> the first build on my system
OS build 22621.2428 ==> latest buildThe Official Release History for Win 11 shows that it is the current build of Version 22H2 (generic Build 22621,).
The Official Release History for Win 10 shows it has lower Build numbers with its Versions, which explains the confusing NT 10.0.22621.0 in the logs.
Logos supports Win 10 Version 1607 or later (e.g. 22H2) and Win 11 (any version).

It does! Here is copy/paste from his logs: 10.0.22621.0
Are you saying that the log is wrong? The log should read 10.0.22621.2428?
If that is the most up to date version, and if that is not in his logs, how do you know he is up to date? Trying to understand for future log reads.

Yes, to avoid confusion because 22621.0 is not a build number. The Win 11 link provides the following info after the first table:
Version 22H2 (OS build 22621)
So, the op has Win 11 Version 22H2 and Win 11 is supported by Logos irrespective of Version/Build at the moment.
If we need the full build info the user will have to get it from Settings as I stated above and compare it with the tables on the Win 10/11 page.
