Devotional Authors
Sometimes I like to read something lighter as a devotional reading to inspire me. I am thinking of things like what Max Lucado writes. My library is weak in this type of resource. What are your favorite authors for this type of reading? Thanks!

My favorites are Sarah Young, Max Lucado, David Jeremiah, Charles Stanley, and Lysa TerKeurst. Last year I did a daily devotional book called Prevail: 365 Days of Enduring Strength from God's Word by Susie Larson and I got a lot out of it. https://www.logos.com/product/190107/prevail-365-days-of-enduring-strength-from-gods-word Next year, God willing, I plan to do this devotional with family and whoever wants to join. Jesus Speaks: 365 Days of Guidance and Encouragement, Straight from the Words of Christ by Steven K. Scott. God's blessings.
