Highlighting

I can no longer highlight verses, etc. Has that function been removed? My previous highlights seem to be there but I cannot highlight anymore.

I am so discouraged,

    Which mobile device are you using and which version of the Logos app?

    Please provide a few more details so we can try to work out what is going on (I've just checked and highlighting is still working)

    How are you trying to highlight? Are you, for example, using the swipe to highlight option or are you using highlight buttons from the popup menu, or something else?

    Thank you. I am using Android on a Samsung ZFold 3. The version of Logos app says 28.0.1.

    When I could highlight a verse previously I would press the word where I wanted to start and drag the cursor to where I wanted to end. Then I could choose the color and style of highlight that I wanted. Now it looks like I might be able to select highlights but it does not work as expected...then crashes.

    Thank you, Ryan, for the additional information.

    I've just tried highlighting the same area on my Samsung phone using the same version of Logos and it worked as expected.

    I am concerned that the app is crashing for you.

    I expect someone from Logos will see this thread later day and ask for logs to try and diagnose further.

    Ryan,

    I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem.

    Please do the following:

    1. Open the app.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
    3. Tap Help.
    4. Press “Report a Problem”
    5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Mark the email "Attention: Joe".  Press “Send” to send your report.
