Crash: Constant Crashing when trying to create new note
In both IOS and Windows, my desktop apps have been constantly crashing when trying to create a new note. I have Logos software version 28.3.44. No other problems have been detected, but this most recent release has been giving me problems on BOTH Mac and PC desktop versions.
Not finding lots of corroboration on the forum. Anyone else having this problem with the latest software version (Sept. / Oct. 2023)?

- Exactly how do you create a (new) note?
- Does it crash for Notes by Reference or Selection (or both)?
- Does it crash in a resource?
- Does it crash creating notes in the Notes tool?
- After a crash, and before restarting Logos, upload application logs using the paper clip icon.

Other users have not reported this. So:

Thanks Dave. Ah...I'll wrap my head around uploading the application logs before a restart next time. I'm not seeing that option, but I do have my settings configured to share crash info with Logos developers. I'll dig a bit more.
For a quick reply here, the crashes happen in the notes tool, when I click the NEW NOTE button in the top right.

Just click the hyperlink (blue) in my previous post.

It makes a lot of difference when you state NEW NOTE vs "new note"!

I hope this is following the correct procedure.
