How do you extract bibliographic details from a book in Logos?

Hi,

I'm not wanting to create a Bibliog in Logos, but I would like to be able to open a resource in Logs and extract the bibliographic details for the book so that I can add it to my own Bibliography.  It doesn't overly matter which format it uses to extract.  I currently copy and paste a random bit of text from the book in Logos and copy it in my Word doc so that I can get the reference at the bottom of the page, then I copy that reference and reformat it for my Bibliography, but thought that there must be an easier way.  All my searches bring back information about Bibliogs in Logos, hence this post.  I'm sure I could probably create a Bibliog in Logos and then copy and paste the book out of that, but again, that's a long process to do it.

Thanks very much,

Julie

Hi Julie - and welcome to the forums

With a book open, open the panel menu (available via the 3 dots icon at the top right) and then the information pane

That should give you a Citation section which should give you what I think you are looking for

Please let us know if this doesn't address your question, Graham

This is perfect, Graham - thanks so much.  I've actually been on the Information page previously and done a bit of right clicking, but completely missed the Citation (probably because I was looking for 'bibliographic' or something), so thank you.  It's very good of you to have responded and so quickly.  You've just made my life much easier!  Thanks again.
