Yes, this is possible
When you have audio playing there is a small pane at the bottom of the screen
Swipe up on the handle at the top of the pane to expand it
Then tap the audio icon to see a list of possible speakers
The screenshots above are from my iPad but the same principle applies on Android.
From what I have seen, Android support in this area is better than iOS

Do you mean you want a different voice than you currently have on your device?

Logos customer service has confirmed that there is no option in android to change it.
Go to the Samsung app store, and search for "TTS" to install new voices for text-to-speech.

Hi Jan, I have installed one ,but I could n't change it in Logos.
You can change the voice in the phone settings in text-to-speech. It will change the voice across all apps.
