Pop out footnotes

I want to be able to pop out footnotes so I can keep them open when doing research. How can I do that?

This helps but not exactly what I am looking for. I want it to be either in a floating window or be able to copy and paste them into word so I can keep searching rabbit trails.

You can use the Copy at the top of Power Lookup. Or you can

get the pop-up by hovering and then click once on the footnote marker
select the text as you would normally do and then Copy it (CTRL+C)
