BUG in documentation: Counseling topics
Where is the ontology documentation for the counseling topics? It appears to have been moved. Because no manual or glossary has yet been provided for the dataset, a number of us were used to referring people to it in lieu of actual user documentation.

I'm not clear from your original post what you were originally using.
Probably the easiest way to navigate the ontology is to use the table of contents browser in the left-hand pane of a Factbook Page for a counseling topic.0 -
