This happens on more similar situations, but this is the only scenario I have pinned down.

In a workflow

  • copy a word into the clip board
  • do some editing of text ... all that matters is updating or copy & pasting ...
  • now edit a word in a section title with a paste from the clip board
  • next try to select a word with the mouse to paste over in the question potion of a question-answer box (especially if it is in a different step - I can't do it ... the cursor remains in the title
  • click outside the pane, and the cursor goes back to behaving properly

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Thanks for the report. We'll investigate and create a case for our team.

MJ, I'm having a hard time replicating this. Any chance you can provide a video of you replicating the behavior above?

I'm not having trouble creating the problem but I am having problems getting a video to show it because when I click on the mouse to move the cursor and nothing happens, what is recorded is nothing happens ... the mouse click doesn't appear to show something should happen ... I still have a couple of options so I'm not giving up.

You could upload the video and then just let me know when and where the mouse should be. I'm mainly hoping to see your repro steps you took and then I'll try that on my local machine.
