Bug? Workflow and Notebook(s)

I worked through my workflow for Textual Sermon Preparation for MT 2:1-16 2 years ago.

I am now working through the workflow again with a little shorter text (vv.1-12). I open the workflow and input the desired text, then the workflow populates with the notes from the LONGER (2 yrs. old) observations. Any way to clear out the "22/27 steps done" and all the green checkmarks in the workflow?

I suggest you delete the newly Started Workflow and complete the original one (even if you do it cursorily). Your other choice is to delete both the Started workflow and the original one (its Notebook would be retained as a record of your inputs).  Then (re)start your shorter workflow.

I didn't realize that the notebook was retained. That makes it even more annoying that workflows assume only once on a passage/included passage

It was only this issue that got me on that track!
