When trying to re-order notes by dragging a note from the bottom, up a few cards, the tool will often randomly jump up ten or twenty cards. Then when I pull back down, the tool refuses to scroll at all.
I then have to release the note (now in the wrong place), manually scroll a couple notes, and try dragging again. This time, it may jump back to the bottom and the whole thing starts over.
It is *very, very frustrating.*
