UNABLE TO EDIT SERMONS ONLINE

Hi,

For some time I've been experiencing bad problems editing sermons online whether I use desktop or mobile phone. It can't be caused by browsers, windows or android because I tried different browsers, desktops (at work and home) and phones and it is always the same. Today I tried to edit online and had to give up because it was impossible.

Has anyone experienced the same?

Is Logos doing anything to fix this?

I also editing sermons would be possible in android app as many Logos users spend more time with phones than desktops.

Is Logos planning to add editing in android app?

I would need to know exactly what the problem(s) are and on what platform they occur to be able to help or even if Logos is fixing it. If they know about a problem that makes the product unusable they are usually quick to fix it. As for adding it to the android app, those of us on the forums are not privy to their roadmap of development.

Hi and thanks for your response.

Whenevr I try to edit my sermons, for instance by highlighting certain words or sentences, the below screen appears and the same happens whether I use PC, mobile or tablet.

App.logos.com has stopped working.

Hi Slawomir,

Are you still seeing this behavior at app.logos.com? I spent some time this morning attempting to replicate the crash without success. Is it any edit to any sermon? Does it happen immediately or after an interval?
