Why do I have more resources on Windows than on MacOS?
Why do I have more resources on Windows than on MacOS?
I have Logos 29.1.22 on Windows 10 and on MacOS Sonoma 14.
On Windows it says I have 6992 Permanent licenses, and on MacOS it says I have 6982.
I have not yet figured out which resources (if any) are missing on the mac.
I have tried re-indexing and then rebuilding indexes on both.
I am logged on to the same account on both systems.

I'm not sure PBs are the answer, since the metadata of these will be synced between libraries even if the books themselves are not. From your screenshot, it may be an idea to start comparing the list of books with license:none (58 to 59).

The index usually would not help in this case. Maybe the command "delete unlicensed resources" will.

Yes that is something I can try, the ~58 books that are non-licensed are in print library. But that number should also match and it doesn't.

I have done this for years when needed/with a new computer:
John, does your Mac have access to the Resources folder on Windows via your network? Or if not, can you copy the Resources folder onto an external/removable disk, or into a cloud service like Dropbox temporarily, so the Mac has access to the resources files. Once it has access to it, do a 'Scan <folder name>'. That will pick up any resources it does not have (although it won't tell you which resources it did not have without examining the logs). If you find the number in your Mac library increases after doing this, then go ahead and just copy all those resources into your Mac resources folder.
